How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Goolsa. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but can't access Premium features
Try restoring your purchase: open the app → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp or via email with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out quickly.
The app is crashing or not loading correctly
First, try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, delete and reinstall it from the App Store — your progress is saved. Still having issues? Contact us and mention your iPhone model and iOS version.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Goolsa charge, and select "Request a Refund".
Can I use Goolsa on multiple devices?
Yes! As long as you're using the same Apple ID, you can use Goolsa on any of your iOS devices. Your progress and favourites sync automatically.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
